Our original and real Northern Italian Style Lasagna “Lasagna alla Bolognese”. Manually overlapping layers of our special house meat sauce, eggs pasta, béchamel and Parmesan cheese then cook slowly and let it rest for a day to enrich the taste. No ricotta or marinara sauce in it! That’s the way we love it!
